Nose Smells sweet, the fino sherry is light and play full, hints of cinnamon but then a nice grapefruit note. Palate With a little water Sweet but still packing a punch with some crackling spices, there is a bunch of fruit gum flavours, lemon, grapefruit, a little yellow plum, balance is ok but you need to get the right amount of water. Finish Remaining sweet, but still hot.
