A whiff of exotic character is present on the distinctly cool and restrained aromas of Asian-style tea, green apple, citrus zest and pretty floral elements. The delicious and almost painfully intense yet plump and fleshy middle weight flavors exude a subtle minerality on the focused, saliva-inducing and bitter lemon-suffused finish. Lovely and understated and a wine that is not so tightly wound that it could not be approached after only a few years of keeping.
