A weaker bottle, at first had unpleasant aromas that burned off after about an hour. Then the nose settled into lovely masses of red fruit, earth, floral and savory flavors. The palate was mid weight with more red fruit and good balance, solid with coq au vin and cheese. Good showing after two hours but not as rich and dense as other bottles.
