The nose is deep and refined with classy tones of mint, red cherries, cranberries, raspberries, roasted herbs, tobacco leaf, leather, roses, wild flowers, and cigar wrapper tones. The Full bodied feel is poised and deep with medium acidity and silky, medium+ tannins. This is what it’s all about when a wine of this quality hits maturity. Unlike many of the other wines on the evening, this was far from dried out and was really poised and elegant.
