A strikingly pure and still youthful, if no longer primary, nose reflects notes of mineral reduction, cool citrus and airy floral nuances on the mostly green apple and pear scents. There is excellent verve and cut to the medium-bodied flavors that brim with a bracing stoniness on the complex, focused, balanced and sneaky long finale. This is very classy juice that isn't quite yet at its peak though with that noted, it's not so far away that it couldn't be enjoyed now. In a word, excellent.
