Light pale yellow. Smell of lemon zest, honey, quince and mirabelle gelee. Little petrol as well. Very smooth, with a wonderful balance between acidity and sweetness. Like nectar, taste of white peach, pink grapefruit with honey. Never ending finish, sweetness continues... A wine for meditation. This is a wine where you wish the glass never gets empty.
