An hour of air. Continued to open up as we drank it. Light citrus, almond, butter, wet rocks on the nose at first. About a half hour later ( ie 90 minutes after opening) an amazing scent of the Atlantic Ocean just washed over me - more than just chalk or salinity, I have never quite smelled this before. On the palate steel, beurre noisette, green apple, touch of apricot. Elegant and understated. Haunting. Score 98-99. Relative to expectations: +++
