A perfumed, spicy and airy nose now displays almost exclusively very ripe secondary aromas (but no sous bois) that possess a slightly herbal character provide a dramatic introduction to moderately well-concentrated, complex and velvety medium-bodied flavors that possess excellent persistence on the ever-so-mildly warm finish that exhibits a residual amount of unresolved tannins. This is drinking perfectly now and there is no reason to delay any longer. Largely consistent notes though one bottle that was recently released was fresher than what I describe above though not necessarily more complex.
