There is an interesting whiff of blood orange to the wonderfully fresh red and dark berry and earth-suffused nose. The attractively textured middle weight flavors possess fine verve and detail before concluding in a solidly complex and lingering finish. This is a very fine and ageworthy Bourgogne and worth checking out.
