Bricked through to the center. An elegant, spicy and completely mature nose displaying underbrush and sous-bois notes that introduce complex, intense, sweet and solidly powerful and structured flavors that deliver fine length and unusually good balance for the vintage as there is only a hint of dryness. Note that I have had this several times over the past 12 years with two of the bottlesbeing very much in keeping with the style of the vintage, e.g. robust, while the third was almost delicate and quite refined.
