Nose A fantastic fruitiness and with cedar wood. Eucalyptus, warmth and a depth that is clear already at the smell. The alcohol is present but well balanced. Very promising! Taste Vanilla and very oily, amazing spices, light syrup, caramel, custard and nutty. The alcohol is in harmony with the sweetness and enhances the body. With a little water, the candy sweetness intensifies as does the nuttiness. Finish Medium to long with great spices, nutmeg and a honey sweetness. The vanilla remains and also cedar and a nice nuttiness. A fantastic dram!
