Not the most complex PE, but surprisingly powerful despite the 40% ABV. Nose Menthol and camphor, waxy apple peel, sweet peat, lemon yogurt, honey, hay and seaweed. Taste Big dose of peat and honey, oak, orange peel, herbals and ash. Finish Long, peaty, smoky, fresh.
