Fragrant and beautiful nose with bright fruit notes, red berries and cherries, baking spices, pomegranate, and hint of sweeter fruit. The acidity is quite high with tart cherries, strawberries, and medium tannins on the palate. Nice finish. This was really good and already quite enjoyable to drink. I preferred this slightly over the 2015 from about a week ago. 94+
