Opened in HK. P&P and slowly enjoyed. This was OK, not great. Got better with air but still felt quite green and highly acidic to me, masking anything more substantive on the palate. Usual expressive Roch funk on the nose but nothing particularly captivating. Probably does need a bit more time to settle, but I increasingly find that I'm just not that big a P. Roch / Antonio Quari fan. Happy to have tried this cuvee and a very generous share from the gang but would not personally seek out myself. Would recommend cellaring for a few more years before enjoying if you do have bottles.
