Dry crème brulee (how is that even a thing?), toasted marshmallows, fresh baked biscuits, wet stone all sitting on top of golden apples and preserved pears. Medium + body with fine bubbles that retain their texture aged 26. However, what is most impressive about this is how the minute + long finish lingers on the palate. A Champagne that somehow manages to be both mineral driven and rich.
