Nose starts out right from the bottle as expressive, enjoyable and powerful. There are some hints of it still being too young. gooseberries and fresh grass. Underneath there is lemons, floral notes and minerality. Crushed stone. The palate is well composed, and has plenty of power and complexity, but it lacks a bit of acidity. It almost feels a bit flabby. I let half of the bottle wait till the next day, hoping for the best. And my prayers were answered. The flabbyness was gone, and the whole composition of the wine was much better balanced. It just needed lots of air. I have some bottles left, and will drink one every 6-9 months to follow the development. Really good today.
