Appearance: Bright and clear, it is pale lemon-green in color, with wide watery rim and legs. Nose: Clean, with light intensity aromas of green fruit of bruised apple, mineral notes of stony, floral notes of acacia, herbal notes of spring onion, citrus fruit of lemon, dairy notes of cream, maturity notes of cereal. The wine is developing. Palate: Dry with medium (+) acidity, the wine has medium alcohol, medium (-) body and medium intensity flavors of green fruit of apple, citrus fruit of lemon, dairy notes of cream, floral notes of acacia. The wine has a medium (+) finish. Conclusion: Good quality Bourgogne Aligote without much intensity on the nose though still showing decent complexity, the wine has good acidity, fresh and crispy, with nice balance and reasonable concentration, but the length is surprisingly long. It is ready to drink now and not meant for further ageing.
