Just enough wood to notice surrounds the vaguely exotic aromas of white peach, orange peel and spice. On the palate there is both good vibrancy and freshness to the dense and powerful medium-bodied flavors that possess a lovely texture, indeed it's nicely refined, while exhibiting plenty of minerality on the bone-dry, youthfully austere and solidly persistent finale that is borderline tannic. At least moderate patience will be necessary as this is also pretty tightly wound. Excellent quality.
