This follows the impressive Charmes with wonderfully seductive and even spicier dark pinot fruit aromas and the spice continues onto the pure and sweet flavors that possess a completely different texture as here there is more underlying tension and precision compared to the lush opulence of the former. This isn't quite as fine but there is another dimension of depth and even better length. Either way, both are flat out gorgeous.
