Here the aromatic profile is similar to that of the Suchots but with a bit more overt spiciness and layering to the exceptionally pure and ripe blue and black fruit aromas where the spice transfers gracefully to the sophisticated, intense and stylish medium weight flavors that are wonderfully classy and refined. While this doesn't have the sheer material of the '08, this is a really lovely effort all the same.
