A very nice balance and sophisticated structure. Medium yellow hue with a nose expressing initially more lemon and a hint of brioche. As it developed in the glass, both the aroma and palate opened to a yeastier, richer combination of flavors : toast, acid-backed lemon, a slightly forward earthy aspect. Not yet as exciting as it will be as more complexity emerges
