Aroma: Dry, malty and herbal. A little dusty. Apricots, dried apples and oatmeal cookies with a drop of honey. In the development of a slightly candied lemon. On the palate, an apple seed, a little coffee beans and notes of dark chocolate timidly peep out from under a rich oak-herbal liqueur. Finish: Applesauce with nuts and oak. An interesting old release, for me it tastes a little bit too bitter.
