After the Tessons, the Tillets is almost always my favorite among the Roulot villages wines because of its unmatched finesse and refinement. While the cool, airy and delicate nose of citrus and floral elements possesses the expected elegance, the unusually fleshy and round flavors do not. In fact I would go so far as to say that this is an atypical Tillets. I hasten to point out that being bigger and richer than usual is by no means a fault, just that fans of this wine won't find its normal level of subtlety and délicatesse though on the plus side I really like the mouth feel.
