Magnificent! The HBB had shown great balance and was well developed. Nice minerality as you'd expect from HB, a bit of tropical fruit and caramel from oak and there was still some fruit left. It was a bit light at first but gained more weight after an hour of decanting in bottle. Should stay strong for at least the coming 5 years. Great with oyster of course.
