There is enough reduction to push the fruit to the background so be sure to give this some air if you're going to try a bottle young. Otherwise, there is excellent power and punch to the bigger-bodied and richer flavors that conclude in a robust, serious and borderline rustic finale that exhibits fine depth and persistence. At least moderate patience recommended.
