This wine is the hidden gem crafted by DRC. It was created to fund the renovation of the historic Abbaye de Saint-Vivant, a significant part of DRC's origins and history. The abbey is perched on the hillside of Curtil-Vergy, west of Vosne-Romanée, with the Chardonnay vineyard used for this wine located right beside it. Based on available information, this vineyard covers approximately 0.5 hectares, sits at an elevation of around 500 meters, and features a cooler climate with low yields. The small vineyard produces about 2,500 bottles annually, making each bottle a rare find.

Grapefruit, rock melon, graphite, straw and fresh cotton. Medium weight, with the fruit having a restrained ripeness to it. Medium depth with good length and fine flow. Great to try.
