A more restrained and more elegant nose features cool and airy aromas of mostly dark berries that are laced with floral and spice nuances, especially violet and rose petal. There is again excellent volume to the intense and appealingly textured medium weight flavors that brim with both minerality and dry extract that buffers the moderately firm and strikingly long finale. This is potentially terrific.
