A cool and fresh yet ripe nose blends still mostly primary aromas of various red berry fruit with spice, floral and discreet herbal tea nuances. There is equally good freshness to the racy and mineral-infused medium weight flavors that culminate in a balanced, sweet and precise finish that displays just enough of an edge to detract mildly from the overall sense of balance. While this is rapidly approaching its apogee and could certainly be savored now I would still be inclined to allow it another 2 to 4 years first.
