Sauternes-like color. Evident botrytis notes add interest to the borderline post-mature nose that plays on the edge of oxidation along with touches of menthol and herbal tea. The rich, full-bodied and impressively intense broad-shouldered flavors coat the palate with dry extract on the sappy and ever-so-slightly warm finish that displays a hint of backend dryness. Perfectly good but not great.
