The rich, round and very forward medium-bodied flavors possess fine mid-palate concentration that contributes to the velvety texture of the persistent and well-balanced finale. This is textbook Chaumes with its rounded and opulent mouth feel yet the underlying structure is sufficiently firm to suggest that it should benefit from 8 years or so of cellaring.
