Very complex and balanced, close to a perfect sherry cask, definitely my preferred profile – delicious! Nose Dried fruits, cooked oranges, brown sugar, molasses, tobacco, acacia honey, old wooden cabinet, nutmeg, hints of menthol and eucalyptus, toffee, milk chocolate, hints of leather, finest sherry wood – superb! Taste Creamy, liquorice, dried fruits, good sweetness, raisins, plum, prune, fine sherry wood, toffee, mocha, tobacco, molasses, cooked oranges, jam, menthol, camphor, coffee – fantastic! Finish Long, warm, toffee, sherry wood, some tannins, milk chocolate, cooked fruits - excellent!
