Very mild reduction allows the mix of spicy red and blue pinot fruit to peek through the funk where the spiciness continues onto the earth suffused flavors that are supported by slightly riper tannins, all wrapped in a deeper, longer and more serious finish where both touches of minerality and austerity surface. This has excellent potential.
