In contrast to the aromatic elegance of the RSV, this is quite firmly reduced and revealing nothing. More interesting are the caressing but distinctly powerful big-bodied flavors that possess a gorgeous mouthfeel with really lovely detail and minerality on the markedly firm, serious and youthfully austere finale. This is very clearly built-to-age and a wine that's going to require a lot of it before it's fully ready for prime time.
