This has matured into a really lovely wine with an expressive nose that features the initial hints of sous-bois, secondary fruit, earth and spice hints that continue onto the rich and generous medium full flavors underpinned by only a touch of remaining tannins, all wrapped in a finish that delivers excellent length. The mouth feel is not super refined but the overall level of complexity is most impressive and this could favorably compete with many a 1er. Drink now and over the next decade.
