A now fully mature nose displays classic Vosne aromas of spice, soy and hoisin along with hints of earth and game that are picked up by the fully resolved, delicious and round middle weight flavors that possess an attractive touch of velvet on the lingering finish. If there is a nit, this is not especially complex but it's certainly a very solid villages-level wine that has peaked. I would be drinking this up over the next 5 years or so.
