Opened and decanted for 2 hours. Medium gold color with yellowgreen hues and charming bubbles. On the nose a little bit closed and cloudy at first but it was just matter of time. After showed up with ripe melon, apricot, tangerine peel and ripe lemon. More on the mineral(chalkiness, wet rock) and fruity side than on the “yeasty” side, with just a little bit of cream, butter and toasted wood. I would say that I prefer that style, which is charming and not boring like it is sometimes the second one. The big surprise for me was the Huge and Vibrant acidity which was mouthwatering but also balanced with the creamy and very continuous body. It was almost oily and together very structured and different. That is complexity? I think so. Beautiful fresh finish that was relaxing your buds for another sip. Maybe my wine of the year? We will see in months.
