Very good and drinkable, of course not comparable against the bottling with full proof (57%)
Nose
Toffee, old wooden cabinet, hints of acacia honey, little brown sugar, little dried fruits, whiffs of cooked oranges, old books, quite some OBE - very good!
Taste
Little punchy, toffee, subtle sweetness, more old wood, little spices, nutmeg, old books, sherry wood, hints of dried fruits, plums, figs, cooked oranges, jam - still good
Finish
Medium long, warm, toffee, little spices, more OBE
